The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and servicing guestrooms, managing inventory for each room, reporting lost and found items, and communicating room status to supervisors. Safety is a key priority, requiring the proper use of authorized cleaning agents and adherence to key control procedures. This role requires a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to maintain a harmonious work environment with guests, coworkers, and management. The Housekeeper must be able to assist guests with questions and requests while following the department's grooming and dress codes.
