The role available is for a Housekeeper, a fundamental team member who directly impacts the quality of our guests’ experience by ensuring their environment is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. As a Housekeeper at SpringHill Suites Seattle Issaquah, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a home-like atmosphere for guests who often travel for business or leisure. Your responsibilities will include wiping surfaces, dusting, vacuuming guest rooms, changing linens, making beds, restocking supplies, and cleaning bathrooms according to brand standards and environmentally friendly practices. Beyond cleaning duties, you will also greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, contributing to a positive overall impression of the hotel. The role requires physical stamina as it involves continuous movement such as bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 25 pounds, as well as standing and walking for the duration of the shift. You will need to perform repetitive motions and work collaboratively with other hotel departments, including maintenance, by reporting any defective or missing items to ensure the hotel environment remains safe and well-maintained.
