The role available is for a full-time Housekeeping Associate working day shifts at Trinity Health PACE. In this position, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming atmosphere within the facility, ensuring a comfortable environment for participants, staff, and visitors alike. The Housekeeping Associate is expected to embody the Mission, Vision, Values, and Guiding Behaviors of Trinity Health and TH PACE in every aspect of their work. You will be responsible for collaborating with multiple departments, following established policies and procedures, and handling biohazard materials safely according to Universal Precautions. This role supports the organization's commitment to disaster recovery and business continuity by participating in relevant plans and training sessions.
Key responsibilities include cleaning assigned areas thoroughly, managing housekeeping supplies and equipment, and fostering a warm, calm, and respectful atmosphere throughout the facility. The job also requires flexibility to perform temporary assignments in different departments as needed, contributing to a team-oriented culture. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience working with the elderly or frail population
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 20 lbs
