• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to perform housekeeping duties including lifting up to 25 lbs
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and night hours if needed
• Ability to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and other equipment
• Effective communication skills
