We are currently seeking a dedicated Room Attendant/Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team under the supervision of the Head of Housekeeping. This role focuses on maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas, crucial for upholding the hotel’s reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The Room Attendant/Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms thoroughly, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies. Additional duties include maintaining common areas in pristine condition and adhering to all health, safety, and sanitary guidelines both at the local and federal levels. The role demands a professional demeanor, punctuality, adherence to brand standards, and confidentiality regarding guest privacy. Candidates will also be expected to communicate effectively with the Head of Housekeeping regarding room status and collaborate positively within the team. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and bending
