This is a casual employment position offering competitive pay at an hourly rate of $24.72, with work hours varying up to 19 hours per week. In your role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and maintaining all areas within the villas, including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will be tasked with replacing guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen supplies according to rigorous company standards. Maintaining communication is essential, as you will report room statuses to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager, Supervisor, or Front Desk to ensure seamless operations. Additional responsibilities include organizing and managing the housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies, adhering to company policies and safety procedures, and promptly reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or accidents. Beyond physical cleaning duties, this role also demands a focus on creating excellent guest experiences. Housekeepers are expected to welcome and greet guests, anticipate their needs, and communicate professionally with both guests and colleagues, contributing actively to team goals.
