The Housekeeper position at Asset Living plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of apartment communities managed by the company. - High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One year’s experience in the housing industry preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and night hours if required
- Ability to work in diverse environmental conditions including outdoor and confined spaces
- Ability to communicate effectively
