• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One year’s experience in the housing industry preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and night hours if required
• Ability to work in diverse environmental conditions including outdoor and confined spaces
• Ability to communicate effectively
