We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join as part-time Housekeepers at the Inova Ambulatory Service Center located in McLean, Virginia. This role is pivotal in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff. The part-time schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with additional details provided during the interview process. Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of maintaining high standards in a healthcare setting. This role is ideal for individuals with prior housekeeping experience, especially within healthcare environments, although Crothall is also willing to provide training for the right candidates. The Housekeeper will be responsible for light cleaning duties that contribute to the overall sanitary and orderly appearance of the facility. Key tasks include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, vacuuming, and responding promptly to housekeeping requests and incidents such as spills and broken glass. Detail orientation and customer service skills are essential, fostering a respectful and professional atmosphere for all customers and team members. The Housekeeper will collaborate closely with colleagues, exhibiting professionalism and contributing to team efforts, while performing additional duties as assigned. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping
• Available for part-time schedule Monday through Friday 5:00 pm to 11:30 pm
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Strong work ethic
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
