To learn more, visit www.greystar.com. The role offered is for a Cleaning Technician position at Bluestone on the Bay, a stabilized garden-style property with 336 units. This position is full-time, operated Monday through Friday, with an hourly pay range of $17.00 to $19.00. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of vacant apartment homes, the leasing office, clubhouse, amenities, and common areas to ensure that the property maintains a high market-ready appeal. Daily tasks include cleaning and freshening vacant units and targeted show units, assisting in make-ready processes, and reporting any hazards to supervisors to ensure tenant and guest safety. The technician will manage cleaning supply inventories and may be requested to perform additional duties by management. Physical capabilities are essential, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds independently, with occasional assistance for heavier loads. The role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, holidays, and the occasional travel to assist other properties or attend training. A valid driver's license is required to operate a golf cart on the property. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred
• Must be physically able to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for call during evenings, weekends and holidays
