- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- must be at least 18 years of age
- excellent customer service skills
- strong desire to work with elderly individuals
- ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- pass a criminal background check
- pass health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- willingness to comply with health and safety policies including vaccination and use of PPE
