This role is vital in ensuring that all residents and guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and safe environment. You will be tasked with general cleaning duties including hallways and shared spaces, helping prepare empty apartments for new residents, and responding promptly to resident and guest needs requiring your assistance. In addition to cleaning responsibilities, this position demands a professional and positive demeanor in every interaction with residents, visitors, and co-workers. Specialists in this role may also be called upon to respond to resident emergencies, demonstrating flexibility and quick decision-making skills. This position is designed to be accessible for those new to the cleaning field, as training will be provided.
