We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. This role is integral in ensuring that our hotel rooms and public areas meet the cleanliness and presentation standards expected by our guests. The position offers a competitive pay range of $15 to $16 per hour and provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days, including health, dental, and vision insurance. As a Housekeeper at Kinseth Hotel Corporation, you will be responsible for cleaning guestrooms, corridors, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, and stairways in accordance with franchise standards and within required timeframes. Tasks include stripping and making beds, dusting furniture, washing walls and windows, vacuuming and polishing floors, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing supplies, and maintaining housekeeping equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role also involves maintaining safety and security protocols to protect guest privacy and property, handling all materials and chemicals safely, and communicating effectively with the maintenance department to address any room issues. Physical demands are an important consideration, as the role requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving furniture as necessary. We expect our housekeepers to maintain a professional image, adhere to company dress code and safety standards, and be reliable and punctual in attendance. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand walk bend stoop and reach for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual
