The role of Hotel General Manager at OS Hotel is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations. This full-time onsite role requires a seasoned hotelier with a demonstrated track record of at least five years in hotel management or equivalent hospitality experience. As General Manager, the successful candidate will manage departments including front desk operations, rooms division, food and beverage services, and group sales. The responsibilities involve not only day-to-day management but also financial oversight which includes budget development, financial reporting, and ensuring profitability. Moreover, the General Manager will foster a culture of genuine southern hospitality by training, motivating, and inspiring the hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations.
