The role of Host Cashier at Bob Evans is an integral position responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests. The Host Cashier also plays a vital role in monitoring the needs and flow of the restaurant to maintain a smooth dining experience. Additional responsibilities include performing restroom checks, answering phones, and keeping lobby, bakery, retail, and general work areas clean and well-stocked. This role requires excellent guest service skills, the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and the capability to manage guest complaints efficiently, involving management when necessary.
