The current opportunity being offered within the Oneida Nation is a full-time position in the Marketing Department focused on enhancing guest experiences and fostering loyalty through exceptional customer service. The role involves greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries about the casino, loyalty programs, and promotions, and providing directions in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. Emphasis is placed on the ability to handle challenging situations with resilience and poise to ensure guest satisfaction. The position offers a starting salary of $16.39 per hour, which is negotiable and is further complemented by a commission scheme based on performance. Additionally, employees are eligible for wage increases following successful completion of the probation period. The role also provides shift differentials on evenings, weekends, and night shifts, offering additional earning potential. This role requires active engagement with guests on the casino floor, including building rapport and extending complimentary amenities adhering to casino guidelines, hosting onsite and offsite events, and facilitating communication between guests and casino departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and monitoring guest feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and loyalty programs and thereby contribute toward continual improvement initiatives. Furthermore, the position calls for collaboration with the Executive Host in managing compensation and promotional offers for eligible patrons and leveraging sales and marketing techniques to foster exclusive guest relationships that drive gaming revenue. The role is physically engaging, requiring frequent walking, handling, and interacting within a lively casino environment that may not be smoke or dust free. Evening and weekend work schedules are common to accommodate the casino’s operational hours.   • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • High School Diploma, HSED Diploma or GED Certification is required unless applicant is 50 years or older
  • Three years in marketing, sales, hospitality, customer service or gaming related experience
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Must successfully complete Tuberculosis (TB) screening or 2 step TB skin test within 30 days of employment
  • Must be able to work in a higher noise level environment
