We are currently seeking a skilled Hospitality Training Manager to join our dedicated team at Topgolf. This full-time role offers an annual base salary ranging from $66,300 to $80,470, depending on experience, alongside a competitive quarterly bonus structure, merit plan, comprehensive benefits package, 401K with company match, and a lucrative paid time off (PTO) program. The Hospitality Training Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our hospitality staff by designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our venues. This position requires a collaborative leader who can work closely with department heads to identify training gaps and develop engaging content that supports both managers and associates in delivering exemplary guest service.
In this role, you will oversee the organization and inventory of training materials to ensure resources are readily available and up to date. Your responsibility will also encompass coordinating and scheduling training sessions to guarantee comprehensive coverage across all staff levels. A key aspect of the position involves monitoring trainee performance, providing ongoing coaching, and adapting training initiatives based on feedback and assessments. - Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, training and development, or a related field
- Proven experience as a training manager in the hospitality industry
- Excellent knowledge of hospitality principles, guest service, and etiquette
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred
- Ability to assess training needs and develop customized training solutions
