• Minimum 3 years continuous driver’s license experience
• License must be continuous with no suspensions or expirations in the last 3 years
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years
• No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years
