The Hospitality Service Support position at Hooters is pivotal in delivering this mission of guest satisfaction. This versatile role offers cross-training across three core areas: Host, To-Go, and Staff, enabling employees to develop a broad skill set while enhancing the overall guest experience. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them with enthusiasm and managing the seating flow to ensure efficient service delivery. This role demands an energetic personality, the ability to accommodate various types of parties, and maintaining knowledge of new menu items and promotions.
In the To-Go role, you handle customer orders via multiple channels including phone, delivery apps, and online platforms, emphasizing accuracy and promptness. Suggestive selling and payment processing are integral duties, along with ensuring that all orders are packaged correctly to meet customer expectations.
The Staff role demands attention to cleanliness and sanitation across the restaurant, from the parking lot to the front of house and restrooms, significantly impacting the guest’s view of the establishment’s atmosphere. Responsibilities include maintaining fully stocked wait stations, supporting bar area upkeep, and assisting with food running tasks. This role requires excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities to maintain smooth operations.
