Collaboration with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in Hotel and F&B Strategy is critical, with the VP tasked with integrating these strategies across all departments, including Front Office, VIP Services, Group Reservations, Spa & Salon, Housekeeping, Environmental Services, Pool, and all F&B outlets. Additionally, this role has accountability for the profitability and operational success of these divisions. The Vice President of Hospitality will lead a large, diverse team dedicated to delivering exceptional service aligned with MGM Resorts' esteemed brand values. This involves overseeing staffing, employee engagement initiatives, guest service programs, policy implementation, and compliance with corporate standards. Financial stewardship is a core element of the position, encompassing sales management, profit optimization, labor cost control, and expense management.
