The Bartender role within Mille Lacs Corporate Venture is a key position responsible for providing top-notch beverage service to guests. The successful candidate will be proficient in mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and procedures, balancing sales in accordance with company cash handling policies, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The role also requires knowledge of relevant beverage regulations, including the Dram Shop Act, to uphold safety and compliance standards. Flexibility is a vital aspect, as the Bartender will work across various outlets and collaborate closely with Cocktailers, Servers, Supervisors, and other associates to deliver a seamless guest experience.
