In this role, you will be responsible for routing inbound and outbound air freight shipments efficiently to their destinations while processing transactions accurately. You will play a crucial part in managing the logistical flow of cargo, ensuring all shipments are handled with precision and care to maintain our high standards of service. Your duties will include loading and unloading freight, preparing shipping documentation, and coordinating with customers and vendors to resolve any shipment issues. Additionally, you may be called upon to support ramp agent tasks as needed, requiring you to adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational policies.
