The role of Head Chef specializing in Korean and Asian cuisines is a pivotal position within LSG Sky Chefs' Customer Service Center (CSC) located in Los Angeles, California. This onsite role offers a competitive salary ranging from $83,495.39 to $95,000. The Head Chef works closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily food production, ensuring that every dish authentically represents traditional Korean and Asian culinary heritage while adhering to company recipes and standards. The Head Chef plays a key leadership role, responsible for maintaining kitchen operations smoothly, leading quality control initiatives, and supporting food product development and menu innovation.
In the absence of the Executive Chef, the Head Chef assumes full operational leadership of the kitchen, guaranteeing seamless workflow, staff supervision, and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
