We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dedicated team at Harbor House. This full-time position holds a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the establishment. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Assistant Manager will play an instrumental role in supporting management efforts to provide outstanding guest services, uphold health and safety regulations, and maintain operational efficiency. As the Assistant Manager at Harbor House, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational tasks, including staff management and training, inventory oversight, and compliance checks.
