Reporting to the Manager of Guest Services, this role requires a dedicated individual who can provide outstanding customer service across inpatient and outpatient House Concierge units as well as information service areas. The prime focus of the position is to meet and exceed the needs of patients, their families, visitors, and clinical team members by offering support and ensuring comfort throughout their stay at the facility. This role involves acting as a liaison among patients, visitors, guests, and clinical staff, facilitating smooth communication and service delivery. The Guest Services Representative ensures that all patients and visitors have access to necessary accommodations such as hotel services, Chaplain and community social services, thereby promoting a supportive and holistic healthcare experience. The position demands a strong commitment to problem-solving with innovative and effective approaches to resolve issues promptly, ensuring optimal satisfaction and comfort for all customers. Operating under general supervision, the representative is also responsible for maintaining compliance with policies and procedures while meeting key performance metrics established for the guest services area. This position is classified as a regular employee role with an hourly pay grade Health-19, working 40 hours per week. The ability to perform various physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing stairs occasionally, and lifting up to 15 pounds is essential, reflecting the active and dynamic nature of this job.
