The role of Guest Service Assistant Manager is a vital leadership position at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. In this role, you will assist the Guest Service Manager in overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery. Your leadership responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating front office staff to ensure they have the resources and guidance needed to excel in their roles. You will also ensure strict compliance with front office standard operating procedures, stepping in to support the team as needed and resolving guest issues efficiently and professionally.                 - At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
 - College course work in related field helpful
 - Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
 - Experience with properties that have more than 500 rooms
 - Broad understanding of the tourism industry and day-to-day functions of a resort
