The role of Hotel Room Attendant at Bally's focuses on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort within the hotel’s guestrooms and suites. This position plays a vital role in elevating the overall guest experience by providing exceptional service and attentiveness. The attendant is responsible for cleansing, re-stocking, and upkeep of assigned guestrooms, ensuring that all equipment such as TV, remote controls, phones, and lighting to be fully operational and in excellent condition. The role involves regular communication of room status and maintenance issues, responsiveness to guest requests, and strict compliance with safety protocols.
In addition to daily cleaning projects, the Hotel Room Attendant manages inventory controls, secures master keys, handles lost-and-found articles responsibly, and performs biohazard cleanup when necessary. Maintaining cleanliness in all storage and linen areas is also part of the job’s routine duties. The role supports the larger Hard Rock and Bally’s mission to create authentic and memorable experiences for guests. Attendants work closely with colleagues to foster teamwork, uphold workplace policies, and consistently exceed guest expectations. This role requires a proactive approach with the ability to make suggestions for operational improvements aimed at increasing guest satisfaction and reducing costs, contributing directly to the success of the hospitality operations at Bally’s.
