The role of Guest Relations Manager at Montage International is an integral leadership position responsible for overseeing the Guest Relations and Concierge departments. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of guest services and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction throughout the entire stay. The Guest Relations Manager is entrusted with managing daily operations, leading a team of Guest Relations Agents and Concierges, and fostering an atmosphere where every guest receives anticipatory and personalized service that aligns with the company’s high standards. Montage International offers a competitive salary range for the Guest Relations Manager position, from $69,000 to $88,000 annually. This compensation package excludes potential incentive pay such as commissions or gratuities.
