We are currently seeking a highly motivated and curious intern to join our Analytics team at our Grand Rapids, MI office. This internship is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in the intersection of data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and business operations. The role focuses on supporting the company’s efforts to establish standards, governance, and innovation through the use of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools. The internship will involve working on various user cases to demonstrate return on investment (ROI) and impact, allowing the intern to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI solutions.
The scope of the role involves assisting with the development and documentation of best practices for Copilot usage across analytics and business functions. The intern will contribute to governance initiatives by helping to establish policies, access controls, and compliance frameworks to ensure responsible AI use within the organization. Through evaluating new Copilot features and plugins, the intern will identify opportunities that can drive meaningful business value. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect of the role, as the intern will help pilot AI-driven solutions and gather feedback to improve effectiveness. Developing training materials and internal documentation will also be part of the job, supporting wider adoption of AI tools across Perrigo. The role requires analyzing usage patterns to provide insights that enhance the efficiency and impact of Copilot implementations.
This internship offers invaluable exposure to enterprise-level data governance, digital transformation, and AI innovation practices, all under the mentorship of experienced analytics and AI professionals. The role is designed to support a part-time commitment of 16 hours per week, preferably with on-site work in Grand Rapids, spanning 3 months until the end of the 2025/2026 school year.
