As a senior leader in Peppr’s executive team, the Senior Director of Operations will be responsible for creating alignment across departments, implementing scalable systems, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations management, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant operational leadership experience
