This opportunity is specifically for the role of a Server within the dining services of Atria Senior Living communities. The Server plays a crucial role in enhancing residents' dining experiences by delivering attentive, courteous, and high-quality customer service. Responsibilities in this position include setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, and assisting in the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of meals, banquets, and special events. Additionally, servers review menus with residents, help new residents become acquainted with dining procedures at Atria, and contribute to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including carpets, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment. This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience, as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided, allowing candidates to get paid while they learn. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $14.50 to $17.40, dependent on prior work history and experience.
