As a General Manager, you will oversee all operational facets of the park including entertainment, food and beverage services, attractions, and property maintenance. You will be responsible for the financial success of the location by analyzing reports, managing budgets, and driving sales through effective marketing strategies and community partnerships. Your role involves cultivating a strong team environment through hiring, training, and mentoring staff to develop their skills and promote from within when possible. The position requires someone with strong character, excellent communication abilities, and considerable experience in hospitality and facility operations management.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility operations and management
  • Proven experience in hospitality industry including theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze reports and manage budgets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
