This job opportunity is for an experienced General Manager to lead the VIP Client Center and Executive Lounge, overseeing one of LifeWorks' premium client locations. The position requires a dynamic leader experienced in luxury hospitality, capable of managing operations with a strong focus on delivering superior service to VIP and corporate clients. The role entails managing client relationships, operational excellence, team leadership, regulatory compliance, budget oversight, and continuous service enhancement. This full-time position offers a salary range of $125,000 to $130,000 with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and disability coverage.
The General Manager will lead a team in providing operational expertise while executing day-to-day management of contracted services. Responsibilities include building and developing a strong management team, recommending service improvements, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards, and partnering with finance to optimize fiscal performance. The role demands strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, senior management, and support staff, as well as strategic thinking to implement operational and sales initiatives that grow the business. Candidates should be comfortable interpreting contractual obligations and identifying operational opportunities within those frameworks.
