The General Manager at Peachtree Hospitality plays a crucial role in driving operational success and guest experience while fostering an inclusive and motivated team environment. The manager plays a key role in the financial forecasting process and budget development, working closely with regional accounting and operations teams to analyze monthly profit and loss statements.
They are also tasked with revenue optimization, including room sales and food and beverage services, ensuring profitability across all hotel outlets.  - Current or prior hotel general manager experience or three plus years hotel rooms, operations, or sales leadership experience
 - Ability to defuse distressed associates and guests resulting in the best outcome

 - Displays professionalism consistently
 - Hospitality certifications are preferred but not required
