In this position, you will oversee the store's financial activities, including loan and pawn application processing, risk assessment, as well as cash management and loss prevention. • Must be at least 18 years of age
• valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
• minimum two years' supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, or related industries
• a high school diploma or equivalent
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• operations experience in a leadership capacity
• proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
