We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Hotel General Manager. This role is crucial in managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and supporting the General Manager in ensuring all areas of the hotel meet company standards. The Assistant Hotel General Manager will play a significant role in promoting guest satisfaction by overseeing operational efficiencies and maintaining high service standards. Additionally, this position is responsible for enhancing associate satisfaction by fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
This role also involves overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure that all aspects of the hotel's services, facilities, and amenities consistently meet or exceed expectations. The successful candidate will be adept at implementing strategies for asset protection and revenue enhancement, contributing to the financial health and sustainability of the property. The Assistant Hotel General Manager will work closely with various departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to coordinate efforts and optimize hotel performance.
