We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Fundraising Events Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will play an essential part in planning, coordinating, and executing our major fundraising events that directly support the network’s philanthropic goals. The Fundraising Events Coordinator will manage the full lifecycle of event coordination, from strategy development and budgeting to on-the-ground execution and post-event analysis. Working closely with multiple teams and stakeholders, including Foundation Boards of Directors, you will help create events that are successful, memorable, and aligned with our brand’s excellence. Your creativity will be called upon to contribute to the creation of event themes and cause concepts, ensuring each fundraising event resonates with attendees and sponsors and generates meaningful support for our healthcare initiatives. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate key logistics such as venue selection, contract negotiation, catering, registration, staffing, and audiovisual support to deliver seamless event experiences. Financial oversight is another vital component of your responsibilities. You will assist in preparing and managing event budgets, track revenue and expenses diligently, and provide regular financial updates to leadership. The position requires a proactive problem-solver with a collaborative attitude, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A bachelor’s degree is required, and candidates with a portfolio of event planning experience will be highly valued.
