Your role will involve active participation in local networking events, timely response to inquiries, and meticulous documentation using operational software systems such as Yardi. This position requires availability from Tuesday through Saturday and calls for a strong foundation in hospitality sales, negotiation, and communication skills, complemented by a university degree or equivalent experience.   • A university degree with 2+ years of hospitality sales experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read, write and understand English
  • Strong communication skills including report writing and business correspondence
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong general management skills including time management, information analysis, planning and organizing, decision making, problem solving, and delivery of results
  • Strong interpersonal influence skills including coaching, motivating, delegating, and relationship-building
