Additionally, you will recruit, train, and supervise a team of Loss Prevention Associates, Loss Prevention Officers, and Loss Prevention Service Specialists, particularly in selected locations. Maintaining a culture of honesty and control within the store is a key objective, as is acting as Kohl's representative in legal proceedings when necessary. The role requires a proactive and independent mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
