Urban Air Chattanooga seeks a dedicated and energetic Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of their Urban Air Café. This role is hands-on and dynamic, requiring the manager to be actively involved in kitchen and service area duties, such as cooking, preparing, and serving food. The Café Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and team performance are consistently met. Working in this fast-paced environment demands a strong sense of urgency balanced with friendliness and professionalism when interacting with guests and team members. In this position, the manager will handle inventory control, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and train Café staff to execute the menu and prepare drinks and ready-to-eat foods to the company’s established standards.
