The General Manager (GM) plays a pivotal role in the success of the restaurant. This leadership position is responsible for driving the restaurant's sales goals, overseeing employee performance, and ensuring the adherence to company policies and practices. The GM uses established systems and processes to enhance profitability, uphold quality standards, and create a positive work culture. Reporting directly to the District Manager, the General Manager acts as the primary decision-maker within the restaurant, managing all aspects of its day-to-day operations. This includes supervising staff, managing budgets, handling customer relations, and driving marketing initiatives.
