The Front Office Coordinator (FOC) position at IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is a vital role integral to the company’s daily operations and overall patient experience. FOCs serve as the friendly and professional first point of contact, responsible not only for executing medical receptionist duties but also for building and maintaining patient relationships that enhance satisfaction and loyalty. The role involves managing patient appointments efficiently, processing new referrals, handling inbound communications, as well as taking payments and managing insurance authorizations. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment while upholding compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA. In addition to administrative tasks, the FOC supports clinical staff by ensuring smooth access to necessary documentation and maintaining a welcoming front office environment.                 - High school diploma (Bachelor's degree in related field preferred)
 - 2+ years experience in a customer facing position
 - Computer literacy with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 - Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations
