We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Upscale Dining Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will bring a combination of personality, empathy, knowledge, and service skills to deliver outstanding dining and bar/lounge experiences. Roles we are prioritizing include AM shift dedicated table/section servers, AM hosts/receptionists with personality and flair, and AM expo/expedition team members, all starting at competitive hourly rates plus tips. This position offers an average of 22-32 hours per week, with flexibility for full-time work depending on experience and individual preferences. As a member of our upscale dining team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that every interaction with our guests is handled efficiently, cheerfully, and professionally. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence are crucial in upholding the quality and reputation of our restaurant. This role demands not only technical skills in food and beverage service but also an upbeat demeanor and impeccable communication skills to foster a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. Candidates are expected to bring prior experience in food and cocktail service, except for those applying for host/reception positions who should be quick learners comfortable with reservation management software. • Completion of a food handler safety course within two weeks of hire or current certification
• Certification in alcohol service course within four weeks of hire or current certification for servers, bartenders, or bar backs
