The position available is for a Front Lobby Receptionist, based on a day shift of 8 hours in Orange, California. This role is vital as it acts as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and anyone entering the hospital through the front lobby. The receptionist will provide courteous and helpful responses to inquiries, guide visitors and patients to their destinations, and enforce the hospital's visiting policies consistently. Additionally, this role requires the essentials of maintaining up-to-date documentation of all patients who present for registration. The pay range for this role is between $21.00 and $22.00 per hour, with the exact rate dependent on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, education, and other job-specific requirements.
Ideal candidates for this position will have work experience that includes guest interaction, customer assistance, and demonstrated organizational skills. While one year of reception experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, offering flexibility for the right candidate eager to develop in this role.
