The Concierge role at Compass Concierge is a full-time, service-oriented position based in Reston, VA, focused on delivering outstanding service to residents and guests of a luxury residential community. As a Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of the property, responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere through friendly and professional interactions. Key duties include greeting residents and visitors, efficiently handling phone and email inquiries, managing package rooms, arranging amenity and freight elevator reservations, maintaining a tidy and presentable lobby area, and anticipating resident needs to offer personalized attention. The role requires a high level of organization and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, often working independently and managing several responsibilities simultaneously. Administrative support to the property management team is also part of the daily tasks, emphasizing a collaborative spirit within the onsite team. Working flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, is integral to meet the needs of residents effectively.                 - 3+ years of customer service experience
