We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associates to join our team. This role is a unique blend of customer service, security oversight, and community engagement, serving as the welcoming face for residents, their families, guests, and potential new community members. The successful candidate will exemplify friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness to detail, ensuring that everyone who enters The Crestmoor feels valued and well-cared for. Beyond greeting and assisting visitors, Concierge Associates play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our community by monitoring access points, responding to emergencies, and working collaboratively with our emergency response team. This position offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour and requires availability to work weekends and holidays. • High school diploma or GED required
• Prior customer service, front desk, and telephone experience preferred
• Valid Texas Driver's License required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and attention to detail
• Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel
• Understanding of HIPAA requirements
