The role available is a Non-Management, full-time position in the Rooms and Guest Services Operations category, focusing primarily on guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless and welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure. As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservation confirmations, room assignments, key issuance, and payment processing across various methods including cash, checks, debit, and credit cards. Attention to detail and customer service excellence are pivotal in managing guest inquiries, resolving billing disputes, and coordinating with other hotel departments such as Housekeeping and Valet to ensure rooms are ready and guests' needs are met promptly. This position also involves communication of parking procedures to guests and visitors, management of messages and requests, and the operation of daily reports to track arrivals, departures, and special guest requests with a focus on accuracy and comprehensive service delivery. The Guest Services Associate plays a crucial role in safeguarding company assets by adhering to all safety and security policies while maintaining professionalism in appearance and conduct. This includes handling cash responsibly, balancing and dropping receipts in alignment with accounting procedures, and providing clear, professional communication both in person and over the phone.
