This role is central to the guest experience at their resorts, where a warm welcome, exceptional service, and a friendly demeanor ensure guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they check in until they leave. The Guest Services Associate acts as the face of the company, embodying hospitality with heart through every interaction. The role involves guiding guests through registration processes, issuing unit keys, providing detailed information about resort amenities and local attractions, and handling financial transactions with accuracy and care.
This position is a vital part of the guest journey and requires a commitment to excellence in customer interaction. Employees in this role are expected to balance cash receipts, conduct bucket checks, process payments while adhering strictly to established procedures, and handle inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently. Working hours for this role are scheduled from 2 PM to 10:30 PM on weekends and Mondays, and the hourly wage is set at $18.00.
