We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at HomeTowne Studios. This position offers a starting wage up to $16.50 to $17.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to competitive pay as part of an attractive employment package. The role is essential in creating a welcoming and smooth check-in/check-out process for our guests, along with managing reservations and guest communications. The Front Desk Agent serves as the face of the hotel, providing excellent customer service to each guest while ensuring that all front desk administrative functions are conducted efficiently. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience and have at least one year in a customer service role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment. Key skills include basic office competencies such as math, cash handling, and computer literacy along with strong verbal and written English communication abilities. This position also involves collaboration with housekeeping and management to ensure a seamless guest experience, including communication about room statuses and maintenance needs.
