We are currently seeking a motivated and people-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Admin and Treatment Support Coordinator. This full-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $18 to $21 per hour, along with bonus opportunities and consistent working hours. The role begins with mastering front desk responsibilities such as greeting patients warmly, managing appointment scheduling, answering phone calls, verifying insurance benefits, and maintaining accurate patient records.
As you gain experience and confidence, you will take on treatment coordination tasks, which involve meeting with new patients to review their treatment and financial options, explaining insurance coverage clearly, and encouraging treatment acceptance. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between clinical and administrative teams. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is organized, and enjoys working closely with patients and team members alike.
