The Service Manager will primarily focus on leading and developing hourly employees to provide exceptional customer service. The responsibilities include intensive training and development of staff, ensuring consistent performance aligned with company protocols and guest expectations. This role requires a hands-on manager who can supervise daily operations by consistently monitoring employee readiness and performance. The Service Manager will also enforce company policies regarding employee conduct, including uniform standards and personal hygiene. • Minimum four years food service or restaurant experience
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a food service or restaurant setting
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be available to work up to 50 hours per week, may include weekends and some holidays
• Must possess great people skills, demonstrated leadership and team building along with a pleasant disposition
• Must possess novice computer skills including internet, excel, word and google suite
• Must demonstrate ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
• Must be able to pass test to become Serve Safe certified
